Buckle & Boots Country Festival have announced the stage times for this year’s festival, taking place at Whitebottom Farm, Stockport between 23-25 June.

The main stage will once again host some of the brightest talents in country music from across the globe. The entertainment begins on the Friday evening, with a line-up that includes one of the genre’s most gifted performers and song writers in Sonia Leigh (‘Sweet Annie’, ‘Goodbye In Her Eyes’) making her much-anticipated return to Buckle & Boots. Joining her on the line-up is Jenn Bostic, who has just wrapped up the critically-acclaimed ‘Nashville In The Round’ UK tour, and British band The Southern Companion (headlining), who swept up BCMA awards last year for ‘Horizon Act Of The Year’ and ‘Album Of The Year’.

Saturday night sees the UK debut of 2016 CMA Global Artist Of The Year, Morgan Evans (Australia). Morgan has won 5 fan-voted Country Music Channel Awards, including Male Artist of The Year, and has hosted the CMC Music Awards for three consecutive years, from 2015 to 2017. Having recently signed with Warner Music Nashville, Buckle & Boots are excited to welcome one of country’s most exciting prospects. Jess And The Bandits also return for this year’s festival having firmly established themselves as one of the leading acts on the British country scene thanks to the loyal support of BBC Radio and TV, Jess’ affiliations with high-profile brands and a number of knockout festival appearances all around the UK. Seattle native and one of The Boot’s ‘Top 10 Country Artists To Watch In 2017’ Dylan Jakobsen makes the trip across the pond to round off Saturday’s entertainment, sure to provide a high-energy show with raw emotion that has earned him plaudits all over the States.

The festival will draw to a close on Sunday night with another mouth-watering line-up, including one of Nashville’s most sought-after musicians, Tucker, who has played and toured with a host of established country artists including Jason Aldean, Jimmy Wayne and James Otto. UK country stars and multi-BCMA award winners Laura Oakes and Gary Quinn will provide some terrific home-grown talent, bringing a wealth of festival experience and a stellar collection of fan favourites to the table. Sarah Darling is set to headline the Sunday night with gorgeous material from her new ‘Dream Country’ album. One of the purest, most angelic voices in the business; you won’t want to miss her.

The Paddock Stage will host a huge selection the UK’s best talents across Saturday and Sunday with non-stop entertainment starting at 11am until evening. Fans will also have the opportunity to see an ‘In The Round’ show on each day after the phenomenal response to last year’s rounds. About Buckle & Boots:

Taking place over 3 days (June 23-25), the festival combines stunning music, great food, top quality camping facilities and an unrivalled community spirit, creating one of the most entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable events of the year.

Last year’s inaugural festival was a phenomenal launch. With meet and greet opportunities and a warm, friendly approach, the festival encouraged a special connection between artists and fans and a wonderful communal atmosphere. Where else could you have your pint pulled at the bar by your favourite country artists? Where else could you wake up in the morning to the sound of some of the genre’s best talents jamming on their guitars just a few tents away? The festival encapsulates everything country music should be – love, laughs and a big like-minded family.

As well as the music, conservation of the surrounding environment is also a matter that Buckle & Boots are passionately supporting. The site is situated next to Compstall Nature Reserve on the banks of the River Etherow, home to some of the region’s most beautiful and endangered species of birds, dragonflies and butterflies. Some of the funds generated by the festival will aid the conservation of these species and their natural habitat for years to come.

Tickets are priced at just £55 for a weekend ticket, £20 for a Friday ticket, £30 for a Saturday ticket and £30 for a Sunday ticket. Should you wish to camp and make use of the award-winning toilets and hot showers, weekend camping passes are available for only £15.
